# Organization Connection に Just-In-Time メンバーシップを付与する

Just-in-Time メンバーシップを付与すると、有効化された接続を介してログインするユーザーに、[organization](/docs/ja-jp/manage-users/organizations/organizations-overview) のメンバーシップが自動的に付与されます。

ユーザーが organization にログインした際にメンバーシップを自動的に付与するには、まずその organization 用の[接続を設定して有効化](/docs/ja-jp/manage-users/organizations/configure-organizations/enable-connections)する必要があります。接続を有効化する際に **Enable Auto-Membership** を選択すると、その接続でログインするすべてのユーザーがこの organization のメンバーとして自動的に追加されます。
